Enrollment for Students of Rocky Mountain Frontier
Hello,
My name is Dustin Brink, from D. Brink LLC (Truth Programming). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wyoming, and conduct non therapeutic self-help workshops (Mental Reprogramming) for the students during their time at Rocky Mountain Frontier. I do not provide counseling, mental health therapy or mental health recommendations for students or parents. I am not an employee of RMF. I work as an independent contractor to RMF for holding workshops with the boys once a week while they are attending RMF.
We are having you the parent sign and authorize your child to attend my presentations and classes with a coaching option. Please follow the enrollment button below to fill out the forms for your son as soon as possible. He will not be able to attend my classes, presentations, or participate in the coaching option until his contracts are signed, and returned.
The coaching option for your child after a workshop consists of an optional brief conversation with them to apply the materials they have learned during the class. I say an option of coaching, as I reserve the right to decide whether or not I personally meet with and coach any of the students outside of the presentations or classes. I do not withhold from any student, nor do I pick favorites. My qualifying factors for the coaching option are: the young man must be utilizing the coaching option for goal application, personal goal assessment, personal application of educational materials presented in classes or presentations, or clarification on further understanding of educational materials presented in classes or presentations. This coaching option is NOT for: venting, complaining, manipulating, and/or positioning me to “work” parents, program, or staff.
I must reiterate that I am not providing mental health therapy or services to your son or family. If you believe or think it is necessary for your son to also attend counseling, I highly encourage you to set that up for your son. I leave all responsibility for arranging such mental health services between parents and Rocky Mountain Frontier. If I suspect that any young man is not able to benefit from my classes, presentation, or coaching I reserve the right to discontinue classes with that young man until he is seen by a mental health professional. I am not able to advise on whether or not your son should receive professional mental health services in addition or in lieu of my services; if you the parent has any questions on your son’s mental health status, you will need to arrange a counselor or mental health provider for your son through Rocky Mountain Frontier services.
Rocky Mountain Frontier will remain responsible for rendering payment for my services. The agreements and forms are for the parent and child’s informed consent and understanding of the nature of my coaching services.
I do not answer questions or know about your son’s updates while he is at RMF, therefore I do not have a clear perspective on his growth. Please refer to RMF or your son directly for all questions around son’s progress, understanding of self-help materials, and concerns.
Though I am not counseling your son, I am still bound to the ethical guidelines and laws set forth by my LPC. Your son is encouraged to report any safety, legal or mental health concerns to me and I will report any reportable claims to the necessary officials and authorities.

All forms must be submitted received and approved by D Brink LLC before your child can begin classes.
